Obituary

Willie Mae Seymore, 90, of Pine Bluff, AR, passed from this temporary life on earth, to her glorious reward of eternal life with her beloved Lord and Savior on January 13, 2019.

Mrs. Seymore was born in Delhi, Louisiana on April 15, 1928, to the late Bill Wilson and Estelle Howell Wilson. She attended school and worked in Oak Grove, Louisiana.

She was employed at International Paper Co., in Bastrop, Louisiana and later at Arrow Automotive in Morrilton, Arkansas, until her retirement.

First and foremost in her life were always God and her place as a homemaker. She enjoyed church, working in the yard and around her home. She was a giving person to her family and anyone in need.

Her last few years were spent at the Green House Cottages in Rison, Arkansas as a result of a fall and dementia.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John W. Seymore; siblings, Virginia Hales, Earlene Reynolds, Earl Wilson, Vernon Wilson; and a nephew, Jimmy Boyt.

She is survived by a son, John L. “Pete” Seymore (Jeanette), grandchildren, Jeff, Jimmy, John Seymore, and Leslie Mann; great-grandchildren, Spencer Allen Carter, Peyton Harrison, Jordan Reese, Madeline Seymore, and Mallory Seymore; and many great-great grandchildren.

Services will be held at the Robinson & Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel (formerly Cranford’s) Brother Dean Caldwell officiating, Friday, January 18, 2019, at 11 AM. Visitation is prior to the service, 9:30 AM - 11AM. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery following the service.
