When my Father died, Bill knew we were out of town at a fundraiser dinner. He drove all the way out there to give me the sad news in person. That was above the call of his job. I rode back to Pine Bluff with Bill and he gave me a lot of helpful information of what was to come and about planning the service. I enjoyed working with Bill and Dick and I enjoyed playing golf with Bill at Rosswood. He was my co-worker and a friend. My condolences to his family and Bill, my you rest in Peace.

Bill was a dear friend of the Lowry Family. My dad's Conoco Station was across the street from his home at 8th & Poplar. Many of the world's problems were discussed and solved by Haskel and Bill. Rest in peace Bill.
