Terri and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Mr Fred’s passing, I just saw the obituary Wednesday afternoon after the funeral or would have been there. I have such fond memories of him and Ms Ann and will always cherish those memories. I think my favorite memories all involve horses, your dad certainly knew his way around horses. My all time favorite was him talking my dad into riding his stud horse at the state show, I remember we had to corner him up for dad to get on as your dad instructed him to take a deep seat because he was fixing to spin and lunge maybe even buck a few times as soon as we let go.... sure enough dad grabbed ahold of the horses mane and got as deep of a seat as you can in a English saddle and the horse took to doing just as your dad said. My dad’s eyes were huge and your dad was laughing, but once the horse settled down they had a heck of a ride. That’s definitely a memory and a day in that warm up barn I will never forget.... oh I can still hear mr Fred laughing. Cherish those wonderful memories and please know our thoughts and prayers are with you.
