Dear Collie and family, Rozelle and I were friends in Cornerstone when we were young.
Although I was closer to Ruie’s age, Rozelle was my role model. Later as adults, Rose and Roy were community and church friends at First Baptist Church in Altheimer. I have wonderful memories of our times together. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Lougene Thornton Francis Redden

Mom, you are finally at peace, and for that I am truly grateful. You are now in the arms of Jesus and reunited with Daddy, your parents and brother. I will miss you so very much, you were the best Mom God could have given me, and I will carry wonderful memories of you in my heart forever. I love you Mama, give Daddy a kiss from me. I'll see you again someday.

Mrs Hickerson was truly a good woman. She was the best example of a Christian I think I've ever met. In the face of my rebellion, attitude and foul mouth, she only ever called me son. And as I was made aware of just yesterday, I've had no stauncher ally in my corner all these years. My deepest and most sincere condolences to her family and friends for their loss.

I will miss Aunt Rosie. Her suffering here is over, and for that I am very grateful. When I think of her, my thoughts always go to visiting her at her office at the Riceland grain dryer in Altheimer, the terrific smell of her home (and Uncle Roy's pipe), her delicious baked yeast rolls, divinity candy, and the best coconut cake ever made. Deepest sympathies to Collie, Whitney, Seth and all of the great-grands. During this tough time, remember the love she had for all of you. Deepest Sympathies, Jason Kelley.
