Roger Dale Phillips, 71, of White Hall, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022.

            He was born September 15, 1951 in Centerville, Iowa, son of James and Alice Pogue Phillips.

            Mr. Phillips was reared and received his early education in West Liberty, Iowa.

            He was self employed hanging drywall for many years.

            Roger enjoyed horse shows and was active in Southeast Arkansas Horse Show Association for many years.  He also enjoyed camping and spending time with his family.

            Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Phillips; and sister, Patricia Phillips.

            Survivors include two sons, Jason Phillips and his wife, Kelly, of White Hall and Jonathan Phillips and his wife, Debbie of White Hall; daughter, Corie Woodman and her husband, Andy of Texarkana, Texas; three brothers, Kenneth, Wayne and Ronnie Phillips; sister, Deb Lovetinsky; grandchildren, Breyaunna Phillips, Bradley Brown, Brody Phillips, Alic Brown and his fiancé, Lauren Watkins, Zachary Brown, Alyssa Phillips, Parker Phillips (granddog), Cole Gideon, Cade Gideon, S.J. Woodman and Drew Woodman; two great-grandchildren, Laykin Holmes and Weston McGarity; and significant other of 25 years, Regina Goldman.

            Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, December 8, 2022 in the Chapel of Robinson & Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel with Pastor David Poe officiating.  Visitation will be Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. until service time at Robinson & Fuller.
