Pamela Reed, 73, of Pine Bluff, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2020. She was born July 16, 1946 in in Pine Bluff to the late Harry Eugene and Harriet Belle Johnson Kalkbrenner.
Pamela was reared and received her education in Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School. She worked, then retired from the State of Arkansas Revenue Office. Pamela was very active in the Special Olympics, for National Little League Baseball and was also a member of the V.F.W. Women’s Auxiliary. She attended Altheimer United Methodist Church.
Pamela was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank Reed; brother, Henry “Hank” Kalkbrenner; and sister, Lona Riet Kelley.
Survivors include her sons; Andy Nelson (Melissia) of Woodlawn and Lane Nelson of Pine Bluff; brother, Fred Kalkbrenner; grandchildren, Brooke Smith (Jared), Dusty Williams (Leah) and Laynie Kate Rogers (Jacob); and great grandchildren, Eli, Hadley Grace, Easton and Reece.
A memorial service will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Robinson and Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.

Meet Pam whn i went to VFW n my husband workd thr in pine bluff fr almost 1 yr n she was a nice person n glad i got meet her n whn i would come thr n stay she was a wonderful woman tht i will dearly miss n will keep her family in my prayers n iam frm Midlothian TX

Pam was a good friend from growing up and graduating high school in Pine Bluff. We managed to stay in touch over the years. She was a great friend and will be greatly missed. Praying that her family will have peace and comfort knowing she is with our Lord.
