John Allen “Pete” Ward, 61, of White Hall, died Saturday, June 1, 2019.
He was born February 11, 1958 in Dumas, Arkansas, son of John William Ward and Virginia Helen Ratcliff Ward.
John was reared and received his early education in Pine Bluff and Warren.
He was a jack of all trades, but his favorite trade was painting. He owned and operated Best Choice Paint in Tulsa, Oklahoma for many years. He moved back to Arkansas in 1998.
John was a member of Robin Street Baptist Church. He loved to hunt, fish, ride motorcycles and spend time with his friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Ward; and his mother.
Survivors include his dad, Brother John William Ward; three daughters, Leslie Ward Garrison of Monticello, Jennifer Ward of Monticello and Katelynn Ward Bradley of Oklahoma; three sisters, Diane Via of White Hall, Judy Brown of Morrilton and Christy Ward Ewell of White Hall; brother, Bret Alan Ward of White Hall; 12 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be private.
Cremation arrangements were handled by Robinson and Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel.
